A serious training and conditioning program includes sled pushing and pulling.

• Despite the cut-out central loading plate, this sled is heavy duty, capable of handling up to 300 kg
• The center post is 50 cm in height allowing you to place 5x25 kg Training Bumper Plates / 6x25 kg Competition Bumper Plates / 10x25 kg Calibrated Steel Plates

VERSATILE: Attach your pulling equipments easily with the 6 lasered hook attachments: 2 on the center plate and 1 on each end of the feet (for a total of 4). The lasered design removes the need for welded hooks and loops providing durability and streamline aesthetics.

SKIDS INCLUDED: No dedicated gym turf for the sled ? No problem ! Each sled comes with a pair of removable skid plates AT NO EXTRA COST to train outside on concrete or rubber flooring.
