HOLLOW CORE CONSTRUCTION : WHAT IS IT ?

• Unlike Iron Sand Filled Kettlebell, the Hollow Core (HC) construction is made of a Single Steel Mould with an open base. The Core of the Kettlebell is hollow because the weight of the kettlebell is centered around the handle.
• The HC Kettlebell offers greater balance; making the smoother insertions during the Clean and the Snatch. This results in less fatigue during extensive sets and training sessions.
• The Heavier the Kettlebell, the more weight towards the base of the kettlebell
