With the 10-ways adjustable (7) backrest and (3) seat, you can execute multiple movements such as flat bench press, seated shoulder press, chest supported row, etc 

PERFECT for Powerlifting: the narrow front foot and the streamlined width from the seating to the backrest provide an optimum positioning for flat bench training.
