Made of 3mm thickness / 11-Gauge Steel and 75*75 mm square tube

With a total length of 65 cm / 24", you can step out of the rack and Squat without the fear to miss them.

• Catch Ramp: 45° catch ramp with UHMV protection for extra safety doing Bench Press
• Lasered Holes & Numbers for band pegs
• Massive Force Square for optimum drop load capacity up to 300 kg
• Safety Pin: adjust and secure the spotter arm to the upright with the safety pin
• Adjustable: Match the height of any athlete or exercise
• UHMV Protection: 8mm UHMV plates on the full length of the catching area and the 45º ramps to protect your bars
• Stopper Plate: A 5cm height plate at the end of the catch bar to avoid your bar to slip out

Note: The 65 cm / 24" arms can be installed on the inside of a 76cm / 30" and 110cm / 43” depth rack.
