Strongman Sandbags

Sandbags are a go-to tools for strength and conditioning training.

Because of the weight distribution and their soft/malleable shape, they're considered a an odd objects.

They deliver a safe versatile, go-anywhere alternative to heavy balls and stones without the hard rounded shape.

Made of 1000D Cordura reinforced fabric with double-stitched seams, they’re built to last and endure.

They feature a built-in filler bag (sewn in) + an oversize zipper and velcro closure. 

Note: In order to save on shipping and handling, they come unfilled. 

The construction keeps the material fully contained (to the exception of fine dust particles due to the breathing properties of the bag to manage moisture and avoid related damages). The fabric may expand over time but it shouldn’t affect the quality.

Although they can be dropped, we don’t recommend slamming them. 

Recommended Fillers: The loadable weight / max capacity of each DMS Strongman Sandbag depends on the density and size of the media being used. A low density filler will result in an overfilled and underweight bag.

We recommend washed dry sand with a 1-4mm grain diameter as it shows the most accurate density.
