ADJUST YOUR RESISTANCE TO TRAIN HARDER: The Wood WaterRower features a dual water tank that simulates the natural resistance when rowing in the water. Increase and decrease the water level with a resistance knobs that will fill/unfill the dual tank.

The harder you row, the faster the wheel turns. The resistance becomes greater, parallel to the speed, and thus increases your training effect.
